The Maag SH450 gear cutter at Richmond has a capacity of up to 5.1m diameter, 700mm face width and 50 module (0.625 DP). It has a 75 kW 100hp) drive. The Maag SH250, suitable for gears to 3 m diameter is fitted with the same cutting head as the larger machine. |
